YK has many additional experiences that she brings to her work including martial arts (Tae Kwon Do), boxing, professional downhill skiing, cycling and enjoying life to its brimming overflow.

She uses the concept of mindfulness of one's body in her overall philosophy. Mind and body are inevitably connected.

She does not conduct training sessions in the conventional sense, but rather, holds occasional informal and intimate workshops in her community to emphasize building an accountable lifestyle.
