In addition to the many other sides of YK Hong, she also works diligently to balance out her many sides of creativity, personal growth, political organizing and spirituality, hence the nickname "rockstar". YK also organizes events for people of color and their friends around New York City. Currently, she is working on a political comedy routine called "Intentionality" to address the many ways she experiences the interesectons of oppression such as race, gender, identity and sexuality. It describes decisions, thoughts and reflections of navigating through an ever confusing world. |

YK is available for her "Workshop for the World" performance series, where she literally performs her workshops on stage, in a creative setting, to bring her expertise to a larger audience.
